Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Many of our items are handmade, personalized, or made to order. Please review the following information before placing your order.

Processing Time
Our current processing time is 5 to 7 business days. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time. Personalized and custom orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Time
Estimated delivery after shipment:

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery.

Tracking Information
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change or redirect the delivery address.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped after the customer pays the additional shipping cost.

Delayed or Missing Packages
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier. You may also contact us, and we will assist with locating the package or filing a claim when appropriate.

We are not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier. If this occurs, please check around the delivery location, ask household members or neighbors, and contact your local carrier office.

Lost or Damaged Orders
Please contact us within 3 days if your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit. Include your order number and photographs of any damaged packaging or products so we can assist you.

International Shipping
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and other fees charged by their country. Customs processing may delay delivery.
